Your body is something you build, not something that just happens to you.

I’ve spent my career in marketing, which means I’ve spent a lot of time watching industries communicate with people. How they create urgency. How they manufacture need. How they keep you coming back in ways that serve the business more than they serve you.

The wellness industry is one of the more sophisticated offenders.

And I’ve also spent a lot of time watching what a corporate, sedentary, hustle-prioritising life actually does to people’s bodies. I’ve seen it in colleagues. In friends. In myself.

The back that goes at 38. The runner who has to stop running because nobody taught her how to recover. The guy who can’t play with his kids on the weekend because he’s too sore from sitting at a desk all week. The athlete who retires from the sport they loved not because they wanted to, but because the body gave out before they did.

that kind of pain isn’t ageing. it’s not inevitable. it’s a gap. a gap in knowledge, in access, and in the kind of help that actually gives a damn.

It’s a small practice — deliberately small — where every client I see, I’m personally responsible for. You don’t get handed off. You don’t get a different person each time. You get me, the same conversation continuing, and a genuine investment in your body actually feeling better over time.

what i actually believe.

pain is not a normal part of getting older.

Recovery is not a luxury. It’s maintenance.

Movement is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health — and most of us aren’t getting nearly enough support to do it well.

And the best health outcome you can have is one where you understand your body well enough to look after it yourself. Not dependency on me. Not coming back because you’re not sure what else to do. Coming back because it works, because you’ve chosen it, and because your body is genuinely better for it.

That’s what I’m building here.

If this resonates, come in.

No long intake forms. No hard sell. Just a conversation about what’s going on and what we can do about it.
